The estate which will be located in Lokongoma in Abuja, is spread on a 240 hectares of land with 15,000 housing units. It comprises 2, 3 and 4 bedroom flats as well as 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms duplexes. it would be tastefully landscaped, meticulously maintained, exquisitely designed with palace-like edifices, shopping mall, worship centres, schools, multipurpose and conference halls, cafeteria, library, fuel stations, swimming pools, police and fire service posts and recreational areas. Each housing unit will be self-sufficient in the most functional way and for convenience; it will be a short walk away from nearby facilities like shopping malls, multiplexes, cafes and restaurants.

Conceived to be one of the most comprehensive and professionally planned film production centres in the world, the estate will boast of ready facilities in all facet of film production. As first of its kind in the West Africa sub region, the Nollywood city would be well equipped with large studios for indoor shootings, recording room, a theater for live shows including outdoor shooting facilities like forested and natural vegetation and lakes.

The construction of the houses will be in three phases, each phase involving the completion of 5,000 units of houses on 80 hectares of land.
